Miguel Sandoval
My name is Miguel Sandoval and I’m the Founder and CEO at Own It Fitness.
Since 2010, I’ve had the pleasure of working with hundreds of people to achieve their goals of weight loss, gaining strength, increasing their energy and moving better.
I’ve struggled with weight goals, had several injuries, and experienced the feeling of being unmotivated. I also have a young daughter so I know what it's like to not always be able to put yourself first.
I’m here to tell you that being fit and healthy is attainable for anyone on any schedule with the right plan. I can help you create that plan and see success!
Helping others achieve their fitness goals is a passion of mine. I believe everyone should experience a fit healthy body, and that being fit and healthy helps us reach the highest version of self in all aspects of life.

My name is Alberto Cuevas and I am a trainer at Own It Fitness.
I have been a personal trainer since 2022 and I enjoy helping people reach their fitness goals and improving their health for an overall higher quality of life. One of my favorite parts of being a trainer is showing my clients that they can push past their limits and become more self-confident versions of themselves. When I workout my favorite exercise is squats. Outside of the gym I enjoy playing soccer and watching anime.

Mir Hazheer
My name is Mir Hazheer and I am a trainer at Own it Fitness.
I have been a trainer since 2024 and I love helping people achieve their health and fitness goals through a holistic and compassionate approach. Our bodies are capable of so many amazing things, and I am excited to push people past their limits to uncover their potential. I meet people where they are at whether they are brand new to exercise or more advanced fitness enthusiasts. When I exercise, I love doing bodybuilding style workouts and my favorite exercise is pull-ups. My other hobbies include training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and playing acoustic guitar.
